Together we will address the growing importance of professional housing management in the light of the new EU directives for the building and housing sector and their current and future implementation in Germany, Poland and Latvia.

Our project CLI-MA would like to share with you insights into the project and work on training housing managers. It is time for us to come together to summarise project activities and results and to think about future prospects and collaboration.
On 6-7 Sep 2022, the Housing Initiative for Eastern Europe (IWO) will host the CLI-MA Final Conference in Berlin. We kindly invite you to join us and discuss the role of housing managers and their impact on climate change mitigation. Different speakers will provide us with information on new necessities and obligations in the housing sector for all EU countries and on possibilities for sustainable housing management.
